Q: Our documents are confidential. What should we do?
A: We offer you a confidentiality agreement to guarantee the privacy of your materials throughout the pricing and/or processing stage.

Q: How much time do you need to complete a translation?
A: The turnaround time varies to a great extent depending on the size of your translation project and the required resources (both human and material).

Q: How do you determine the volume of a translation?
A: Using specialized software we analyze the word count and layout of the source documents. Our commercial offer will be drafted based on your specifications and will be presented to you for confirmation before the translation process is started. Therefore, you will never have to worry about additional costs at the end of your project.

Q: How long does it take to receive your offer?
A: Priority is given to requests submitted via e-Client or the online request form. If you send your request by e-mail, fax or phone, you will receive an answer within a maximum of 24 hours.

Q: What subtitling formats do you process?
A: Subtitles can be delivered in the most popular subtitle formats (PAC, 890, EBU (STL), Windows Media Player SAMI, Plain Text (including Unicode UTF-8 and UTF-16), CineCanvasTM XML-based subtitles for DLP CinemaTM projection systems, Win2020 ASCII, DAS, Softitler TXT, OVR, or any custom-defined text formats.

Q: What are your payment terms?
A: The payment for our services will be performed according to the terms described in the commercial offer, which you will receive and confirm.

Q: How will I receive the translations?
A: You can download your translations in real time, via e-Client, as soon as they are completed. We can also send them by post mail to any address you may choose.
